It's definitely "My place" and I would come here again. Large rooms, free parking. The hotel is a 5-minute stroll to the centre. I had quick lunch at Taco Bell, located near the property.

I recently stayed at a cozy motel in Pigeon Forge and had a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The location of the motel was also ideal as it was on the parkway but not too close to hear much noise. I also appreciated the cleanliness and softness of the towels provided.

Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences such as limited space to sit toiletries around the sink and the lack of room service for three days, the staff at the motel were helpful and accommodating when I went to the office to request extra towels and tissue. The lady at the office mentioned that they were supposed to ask for room service preferences during check-in, but that step was missed.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got some serious bang for our buck! The room was clean and cozy, plus it had a jacuzzi and fireplace - talk about a sweet deal! The location was also top-notch, close to all the fun stuff and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze, no complaints there!

The only thing I wish they could improve on is the breakfast menu. It could use a little more variety and maybe some fresh options, ya know?
